Hotel Information

Check in at our hotel  is at 2pm on day of arrival, rooms may not be ready,but you can leave your luggage with us and we will put it in your room. and Check out is 10.30am on day of departure.

Rooms pre booked with us  will be held until  6o''clock pm on your day of arrival, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Rooms booked with us at very Short Notice. With No deposit will be held till  2o''clock pm on day of arrival, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

If you arrive in blackpool early on your day of arrival you can call in and leave your luggage with us.

We will happily put your luggage in your room for you,when it is ready.

The same goes for the day of departure. If your transport is in the afternoon, you can make arrangements to  leave your luggage with us.

Breakfast is served  between 8.30am-- 930am.  and Evening meals are at 530pm or 6pm. 

If you are going to see a show, and you have booked an evening meal  with us please let us know so that we can arrange a more convenient time for your meal to fit in with your plans.

PARENTS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN.

 

 Here at the Hounddog hotel, we are always trying to help our families. With this in mind we provide;

  COTS       Two travel cots/a Mosses Basket and a wooden cot that I will put up for you. Please let us know when you book.

 High chairs   Our high chairs fit on our dining room chairs, and can be used as a booster seat.

Baby monitors   We provide baby monitors, which plug into the mains supply.

 We even have two push chairs (just in case ).

If you need to use our microwave to warm your little ones bottles, thats no problem. Just ask.

    ALL THESE FACILITIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE

If you fancy a night in, Dont worry what to do.

We also provide Entertainment at night in our seating area  for Adults & your Children. 

 Your welcome to bring your own Alcohol, which makes your evening with us more relaxed. Glasses are provided free of charge. 

EVENING MEALS.

Our Evening meals are  £10.00 per person  4 course Meal. (see dining page) Children 3 to 12 years are half price with a full paying adult.

 Babys 0 to 2 years are free.

And please, don't forget we are open all Year If you fancy a winter break.  'Xmas and new year'  included.

Accommodation provisionally booked shall be held for a maximum of five working days, please confirm your booking within that time along with a £20 deposit per person (non-refundable).

Un-confirmed bookings are assumed to have been cancelled and rooms will therefore be re-booked.

 

Rooms held on 'short notice' shall have terms agreed at the time of arrangement and holding of rooms shall be based upon proposed arrival time.

 

Full payment by cheque can only be accepted if balance is received a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival.

 

No refund can be given for meals not taken.

 

Important - Please make all cheques payable to: 'The Hounddog Hotel'.

 

 Smoking policy.

 You are welcome to use our seating area on the front of our hotel. Ash trays are available on request.

As with other Hotels, The Hounddog Hotel has a No Smoking policy throughout the Premises.  Anybody smoking on the premises, would be in violation of the smoking laws. And we would have to ask them to leave.
